Dr. Josh Plaskoff
Dr Josh Plaskoff, affectionately known as Dr. J., considers himself a lifelong student of everything, from learning itself to making chocolate truffles. For over thirty years, he has committed his career to transforming multinational for-profit corporations, government agencies and non-profits to healthy and high productive workplaces. He was a pioneer in organizational learning, for which he was named Top 50 Most Influential Person, and was credited as one of the founders of Employee Experience. He has won numerous awards for his work and teaching and has published and spoken extensively on leadership, culture, learning, and change. He holds a master’s degree from USC and a PhD from Indiana University. He lives in Carmel, Indiana, and enjoys spending time with his wife Robyn, his sons Ryan, a pilot, and Ian, a sports broadcaster, and the daughter he never had, Penni the hound dog. The son of an actor, he loves to watch movies, imitate others, quote Monty Python, and take leadership lessons from Shakespeare (mostly what not to do).

Dr. Paula Berbeco
A cat mom, coffee drinker, and yoga enthusiast, Paula brings extensive leadership experience in both non-profit and publicly traded companies. Her work spans supporting teams, cultivating culture, leading strategy, integrating data with insights for real-world solutions, and driving change and innovation. Paula holds a Doctorate in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Development and Leadership, as well as master’s degrees in Health Administration and Counseling. Her research, publications, and presentations explore key areas like leadership, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, and authenticity in the workplace. Paula lives in the Midwest with her husband, Bob.

Miranda Peconga
With a love of learning and a knack for bringing teams together, Miranda has used her skills to lead teams for over 20 years. Focusing on all things people, she has worked in both operations and human resources to create successful business outcomes in organizations large and small. From Start-ups to Fortune 10 companies, she believes that a focus on development, connection, and belonging create desired results for employees and businesses alike. As an SPHR, Insights Discovery practitioner, 200-hour Yoga teacher, and Taekwondo Black Belt, she believes that you must blend vision and possibility with discipline and practice to achieve success. She lives in Westfield with her husband of 20 years, Noah, and her sons, Quinn and Oliver; along with their poodle doodle pals, Fritz and Alaankwa. Keeping up with all these active dudes in Taekwondo, Lacrosse, Cycling, and Football requires a significant amount of Coffee! Miranda is rarely seen without it!
